There are endurance athletes who are inspired to get more out of their training, more out of their body, and more out of their life. Through one-on-one coaching, yoga, and functional strength training, we show them how.

Balance in training. Balance in life. Many endurance sports, such as cycling and running, occur in linear planes. The repetitive nature of these sports can take their toll on one's body if not careful. The training programs developed for our athletes include a wide mix of cross-training, including functional strength training and yoga. Beyond the physiological benefits, this approach to training also keeps one engaged mentally and emotionally, preventing burn out on many levels.
Additionally, most athletes we work with do not have the fortune of focusing 100% of their time on their sport of choice. Rather, they have families and jobs to with which to contend. Our experience has been that what occurs in life when you are not training impacts performance near as much as what you do when you are training. We work to incorporate your training plan into all the spheres of your life that compete for your time and energy.
